Added unit test Test_Table_SetTableDesignNone() draft. Requires fix in Tables.

Able to add columns to tables where each row have different amount of
cells

Allowing InsertColumn method take into account merged cells for multiple
row add columns where the count of cells is less than the index but is
not less table column count

On mono the actual name of a FontFamily may be different from the alias used to create the FontFamily.

Also moved the documents directory to a proper temprorary path.

Using AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory instead of Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly().Location to the determine the location of .docx files and other resources. This method is invariant under the test runner in use.
Resources are set to "Copy if newer" to include them during build.

Fixed the problem with setting the column width for the whole table.
Without this patch the SetColumnWidth method throws the
NullReferenceException if the column widths haven't been initialized
before. Added the test to check the issue and to see whether it's fixed.

Adding unit tests showing the table methods:
- LargeTable()
- TableWithSpecifiedWidths()

In addition two new features: Table of contents and a way of validate if a document contains bookmarks with specified names. This is useful in applications where users can upload a template that will be populated based on form data. If this form data expects one or more bookmarks present in the document, one can now check this up front and use it to provide feedback to the user.

I have fixed this issue now and I think thats it. I am now happy with the Hyperlink implementation.

This changeset fixes that and another issue. I discovered that Word allows Hyperlinks to be defined in two ways, inline and normal. DocX now supports both.
This changeset also contains new unit tests that will hopefully prevent Hyperlink support from braking again.

Fixed a bug with DocX ignoring the CAPS Element.

Added a new unit test to test ReplaceText, based on ReplaceTests.docx
The Test fails.  This functionality worked in the previous release.

Removed the strong name key as per Cathal's suggestion.
